I wrote last week, enquiring
of Cecil Smith

unable to supply.
Perhaps if we allowed his Charge
he might supply

I have spoken to Mr Cecil Smith
about this.
He cannot understand
what is meant
by calling for tenders for this supply.
They have always
supplied the Coinage
to the Control Officer & anyone made a difficulty when it was resident.
